   • LoanBud – full-service financing platform for small businesses. Shipped features from spec to production across the Hub, CRM and borrower-facing services: real-time Twilio video meetings hardened with a circuit breaker and Redis-backed distributed rate limiting, CRM workflows and segmentation, lender-document access control, credit-consent re-signing with PDF regeneration, and CSV partner bulk import.
   • Dealops – CPQ software for complex pricing. Built an in-app AI chat assistant from scratch (streaming responses, markdown rendering) and worked on the AI pricing assistant. On the Admin Dashboard, built product-catalog management, tiered pricing, approval rules with an additional-logic builder and segment filtering; on quoting, shipped the IC++ pricing model, quote comparison and ramp revenue, in a React, TypeScript, tRPC and Prisma Turborepo monorepo.
   • Deep Sky Climate – carbon removal project developer. Founding engineer on its IoT data platform, helping set the architecture, conventions and CI/CD from day one. Built the Go ingestion service (a custom AWS Kinesis consumer with DynamoDB checkpointing, auth, Datadog telemetry, Kubernetes manifests), Scala / Apache Spark batch jobs on AWS EMR following the medallion architecture, and config-driven Airflow pipelines that orchestrate them.

   • Master's thesis: A Real-Time Mental Health State Analysis System Using Vietnamese Social Media Data, advised by Dr. Đỗ Trọng Hợp and Dr. Lê Thị Mỹ Danh.
   • Collects Vietnamese posts from Reddit, Facebook and Threads, labels them with an LLM, and trains and compares 8 four-class classifiers (stress, depression, political, neutral); the best so far is XLM-R at macro-F1 0.783 on a 20,373-post dataset.
   • Serves them in real time on AWS: Kafka (MSK) → Spark Streaming on EMR through a medallion Delta Lake (Bronze → Silver → Gold) → a SageMaker endpoint (XLM-R / PhoBERT) → a Streamlit dashboard, with Airflow retraining and the whole stack in Terraform. The paper is in progress.
